Growth of any kind only comes with persistence. If you want to reduce your weight, start exercising and eat healthy foods. Then keep it up! Make it a habit.

The same goes for strength training or any type of fitness training. First you must start, then you must CONTINUE. Imagine the results you’ll get if you only train in an on-again, off-again manner?

Those are the results you want!
So whether you train for a specific activity, to get stronger, or just to be in great shape, remember to add that magic ingredient!
